Um…ok I don’t usually give up on books. But I have this pile of really awesome YA novels piling up that I ordered from the library and the uber descriptive Christian novel was taking so long and the books were calling to me and I was trying to ignore them but then I just peeked the zipper open to one of those library pouches and I caved. I’m now reading “givemeacall” by Sarah Mylnowski. It is fun and breezy and pure reading pleasure.

The premise, Senior girl drops phone into fountain at mall after boyfriend of 3 years dumps her and now she can only call her freshman self in the past. She must get her to not date the boy that wrecks their lives but her freshman self thinks he is just so super cute… So fun! What did I learn from my reading this week… Make it fun. Readers love a good, fun, fast paced book with a great story.
