Reading Tai-Bo
This week I re-read The Hunger Games in preparation for getting to see the movie with The Hunky Hubby. Two of our marvelous counselors have offered to watch the boys for us so that we can go! And wow! I completely forgot how amazing this book is. The author just zips you along through the plot, preparing you for one thing and then throwing something you didn’t expect in your lap. A wonderfully written book and a thoughtful careful look at the affects of war upon nations and individuals, but all in a fast paced exciting package. I had to go on to the second book in the series, even though that movie is a long way off. These books are just that good.
