I worked a lot of hours this week but only got two chapters (33 and 34) revised and of course did a quick second revision of the chapters that I revised last  week. The problem was not just that they suck, but that they are in the climax of the book and must be glorious on several levels. Ug! So I went back and redid some of my organization for the climax putting in the elements suggested by this guy and hoping that I can tie everything up in some mind boggling and heart swelling fashion while  still keeping the cheese factor down. So here are the things I implemented in my climax outline.

ISOLATION
CONFRONTATION
DARK MOMENT
CHOICE
DRAMATIC REVERSAL
RESOLUTION

I got the “Isolation” part down and am part way through the “Confrontation” but only time will tell if all of this organization will actually help my climax or just make the pandemonium more pronounced. Still, it’s nice to have a plan. Oh, and I transferred about four pages of notes into my writer’s notebook file on the computer for book ten of a series idea that I want to start after I finish LMR and two other novels. Is that thinking toward the future or what?
