I may not have gotten tons of new words written this week because of this:

But even with a new puppy, I still have some amazing writing related news.

What am I holding up beside my smiling face. . . a contract with Pelican Book Group for a new novella in their passport to romance series. It is tentatively titled Athens Ambuscade and I signed the contract this week and will begin the editing process soon. I also want to thank our friend Marie Rayburne for taking the time to take my author photo. She did a wonderful job. Here are my two favorites.

Some great news and the hope that Princess Leia will be doing more sleeping and less howling this week. What more could I want?
