This week I read through all 34 chapters of “Writing the Breakout Novel Workbook” by Donald Maass and wrote down seven pages of ideas for this next revision of my NaNoWriMo manuscript. I also worked on my pitch and back copy material for that story (using ch. 34) and have improved my pitch greatly. Now all I have to do is take those seven pages of notes and make my story wonderful. Easier said then done, but I’m game to try it.
